People suffering from celiac disease do have to restrain themselves from having gluten. A gluten free daily diet is almost a must for them if they want to control the symptoms of this disease or prevent themselves from any further complications. Gluten is a type of protein which is found in grains like wheat and barley. Celiac is a disease in which the small intestine in the human body tends to swell or get inflamed. It contains dark chocolate which is melted in a pan and coconut oil is added to it and mixed and melted together by heating it in a low flame. Brown sugar, almonds, baking soda, rice flour is all added to this mixture along with beaten egg and vanilla essence for flavoring. The spread is then poured in a baking pan and baked. And the delicious brownies are ready to be eaten.
