People suffering from celiac disease do have to restrain themselves from having gluten. A gluten free daily diet is almost a must for them if they want to control the symptoms of this disease or prevent themselves from any further complications. Gluten is a type of protein which is found in grains like wheat and barley. Celiac is a disease in which the small intestine in the human body tends to swell or get inflamed. Protein like gluten increases this swelling or tends to be the cause behind it. Therefore in order to control the disease, the person suffering from such a disease must control his or her diet and should avoid having gluten. Gluten free recipes will be much needed by such people.

All fruits and vegetables, fresh meat, eggs, beans, seeds, nuts etc are all gluten free food. One can easily find delicious gluten free dinner recipes online and can easily cook them at home. One such recipe which I came across is of a dark chocolate brownie which is gluten free. It contains dark chocolate which is melted in a pan and coconut oil is added to it and mixed and melted together by heating it in a low flame. Brown sugar, almonds, baking soda, rice flour is all added to this mixture along with beaten egg and vanilla essence for flavoring. The spread is then poured in a baking pan and baked. And the delicious brownies are ready to be eaten.
